Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.


When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Please note this does not include actual transit time for your order to be delivered. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
All orders are given a tracking number via email.


How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary domestic standard shipping. You will be allowed to view shipping cost options, at checkout, before submitting your order. For additional information, please refer to our shipping page.


Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.


Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available. However, please note, buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. We will not accept returns resulting from a recipient's refusal to pay any of these fees. We are not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.

Item prices are priced in USD and may vary slightly depending on the country and region the order is being shipped to.


Payment Method

ARIMA accepts payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Dinners Club, and Paypal. We also accept digital wallet payments; Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.

Eligible customers will have the option of paying with ShopPay Installments Credit (click here to view the ShopPay Credit terms and conditions).

The website is designed to facilitate easy and convenient payment. However, orders can also be placed via the ARIMA mobile app.

Please note: only one method of payment will be accepted per transaction.

You must comply with the ‎terms of all agreements between you and any third-party payment ‎processors, and if you have any ‎disputes regarding the processing of your payment you must deal ‎directly with those third parties to ‎resolve the disputes. You authorize ‎to charge all amounts to the ‎payment method details you provide to us. You represent and warrant that each ‎credit card or other ‎payment method you use for payment to us belongs to you, and you have the right to charge all ‎such ‎payments on the credit card or other payment method.‎


Return Policy:

Returns on items are offered only if incorrect items are shipped. Contact us before returning any items or your return may not be processed. For additional information, please refer to our returns page.


Exchange Policy:

Due to the limited availability of our products, exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. Contact us before returning any items or your exchange may not be processed. For additional information, please refer to our exchanges page.


What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page.

Mixed order consisting of currently available and pre-order items: the products will be dispatched when all items in your order are available to ship together.
Order consisting of pre-order items with different delivery dates: the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date.
In any case, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.

The purchase of pre-order items can be made with Credit Card only.                      

Once you complete your order, we will ask your bank to verify the supplied details;  the validity of your credit card will be confirmed through a payment authorization for the total amount of your pre-order value for 7 days. When the order will be ready for shipment, a new authorization will be processed on your credit card to validate the payement. However, you will be charged only once the package is being shipped.
